Church Planting Coalition Day

We are very excited to be holding our first gathering for Church Planting in the New Year. It’s going to be on Wed 21st February at Penny Lane Church, 9.30-16.00. We are hoping to gather as many as possible church planters and sending church leaders. It will be the first event of its kind in the City Region.

The gathering will be suitable for those who have planted churches with any core teams, are considering church planting, or for church leaders who want to church plant.

We believe that by sharing encouragement, good practice, and resources we can plant more churches over the next 10 years. We hope in time that we can begin to do this more collaboratively and therefore effectively. It’s been said that the best form of evangelism is church planting.

Imagine a day when the region is saturated with missional expressions of church, so that there is one for everyone thousand people in our region. Everyone would become aware of a gospel presence in their neighbourhood and know where to go to for practical help or to go on spiritual journey. We call this vision 1 in 1000. Join us on Wednesday 21st of Feburary to play a part in making this a reality.
