Our next Church Planting Coalition event is coming soon!

About 40 of us gathered for the launch event at Penny lane on 21st Feb as we explored what a regional multi-stream, multi-domination coalition for the sake of what church planting might look like. For the dream of saturating our region with the gospel and missional expressions of church. 1 in 1000 is the goal. One missional expression of church for every 1000 people. We have a long way to go. We need about 6 times the number of healthy expressions of church we currently have!

Following the very positive feedback from the first event, and the desire of so many to meet again, we are gathering planters and senders again on Tuesday 1st October, 9.15am-1pm. Please put the date in your diary, or book though the link. There is a minimal charge to cover costs.

The steering group have agreed (following your feedback) that we will focus on 3 main things – Prayer support, Practical resourcing, and Planting collaboratively.

We will begin to unpack these themes when we meet and take our next steps together. I’m very excited about what God is doing and will do as we learn to pray and plant together.
