Launchpad by Nic Harding is a coaching group (huddle) for growing missional leaders, covering 10 topics over 20 sessions
The ‘Discipleship in a Nutshell’ booklet (DIN) is a useful accompaniment to this curriculum, containing many of the tools we refer to here. Copies are available from Andrew Greenhalgh (operations@tfh.org.uk).
This Curriculum is designed for churches that want to roll out a huddle for their lay missional leaders. It would therefore suit all missional community leaders, emerging leaders, and potential leaders.
It will form a key part of the church’s leadership pipeline as well as training a cohort of people to be confident missionary disciples. The curriculum takes a potential leader from the basics of mission and discipleship, through becoming a disciple-maker, to leading a group of disciple-makers.
Intended outcomes of this huddle?
Each person growing in confidence and competence to live as a missionary disciple where they live, learn, work or play.
This means growing in confidence to share their faith, find a person of peace, lead someone to Christ, and become a disciple-maker.
Each person developing a strong and effective prayer life, learning to use simple, sticky and reproducible Kx (Kairos Connexion) tools in mission and discipleship
Each person learning how huddle works and being able to use it as a tool to disciple other emerging leaders
Each person growing in the confidence and competence to lead a 3-dimensional group.

About your tutor: Jennie Taylor
Jennie worked as an Operations Manager, co-leading alongside Nic Harding in Kairos Connexion and Together for the Harvest from 2016 – 2022.
Having previously trained and worked as a Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor, working with church leaders may not seem the most obvious segue. But Jennie’s love of learning, her keen eye for detail and ability to create processes and order out of ideas, visions and other people’s plans helped her to bring Kx ideas off the page and into reality.
